PRONET Services began with a simple observation: AI was getting easier to build, but not easier to actually use. Most people we spoke with in Khánh Hòa were either overwhelmed by the hype or hadn't found a reason to care yet.
We set out to close that gap - combining IT support people already trusted with AI tools they could actually understand, explained without jargon, in the language they're most comfortable in.
